Shipping and delivery
Where does my order come from?
Packed and shipped by us. We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days.
How long does delivery take?
With DHL, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping on orders over €49.99; below that you'll see the shipping fee at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to selected countries. Rates and delivery times appear at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking number by email.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from delivery. Pieces should be unused and in their original packaging. Write to info@theia-store.com with your order number to start. Return postage is paid by you. Details are in our Refund policy.
When do I get my refund?
Once your return arrives, we check it and refund you within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Your jewellery
What is your jewellery made of?
Our pieces are copper alloy, silver-tone rhodium-plated or gold-tone, set with zirconia where the piece has stones. Questions about the material? Message us at info@theia-store.com.
How do I care for my pieces?
Wipe them gently with a soft cloth after wearing, keep each piece in its own pouch or a lined box, and take them off before swimming, showering or using cosmetics.

Do I need an account?
No, you can order as a guest. With an account you can follow your orders and check out faster.
